The project arises from the need to respond to a small plot located within the urban fabric of Lloret de Mar. The design strategy focused on optimizing the available space, generating a compact but balanced volume capable of offering brightness, ventilation, and privacy to its users.
The architectural image of the building is created using a sober, timeless language. A composition of horizontal white bands combined with warm wooden elements provides elegance and lightness to the ensemble, creating a respectful dialogue with the immediate surroundings. These pure lines allow the building to stand out subtly while integrating naturally into its Mediterranean context.
The result is a simple, functional, and carefully proportioned architectural piece that makes use of every meter of the plot and offers a contemporary, harmonious presence in the urban landscape of Lloret de Mar.
