This project consists of a luxury residential building located on a cliff on the coast of Altea, a privileged setting that offers a direct and continuous relationship with the Mediterranean Sea. The architectural proposal is defined by the use of strong horizontal lines that emphasize the geometry of the ensemble and integrate it elegantly into the cliffside.
Each residence has been designed to enjoy uninterrupted panoramic sea views, taking advantage of the elevated position and fully opening toward the horizon. The cantilevered terraces become the project’s hallmark—platforms suspended over the landscape that incorporate private pools at their edges, reinforcing the sense of lightness and connection with the natural environment.
The design embraces contemporary materials, pure volumes, and a refined composition that combines luxury, sobriety, and modernity. The result is an exclusive building where architecture and landscape merge to offer an exceptional residential experience.
