The project addresses the complete transformation of a traditional single-family home, originally designed with a pitched roof and old construction systems. The intervention proposes converting it into a contemporary villa with a minimalist aesthetic, expanding its usable area and completely redefining its architectural image.
The new proposal embraces pure lines, clean volumes, and a curated selection of high-quality materials. Large windows frame the landscape and allow natural light to become a protagonist indoors, strengthening the connection with the surroundings.
The renovated residence incorporates four en-suite bedrooms designed to provide maximum comfort and privacy. Outside, a minimalist garden accompanies a simple geometric pool, integrated harmoniously with the architecture.
The layout is organized clearly: at the plot level, the main entrance leads to a covered outdoor garage surrounded by vegetation. On the ground floor, the daytime spaces open toward the terrace and pool area, generating visual and functional continuity. The first floor houses the bedrooms, each enjoying privileged sea views.
