This project addresses the comprehensive renovation of a standalone single-family home, transforming the existing building into a contemporary residence where openness and connection to the exterior become key design principles. The intervention seeks to free the original floor plan, creating wider, more fluid, and brighter spaces that naturally interact with the outdoor areas and enhance the relationship with the environment.
The interior design is developed using a palette of toasted, warm tones accompanied by natural materials that evoke the essence of Mediterranean style. This palette brings serenity, comfort, and timeless character to every room, creating balanced and welcoming atmospheres.
