This single-family residence is developed on an elongated, perfectly flat plot—a condition that from the outset defined a single-story project, ensuring full accessibility and a comfortable, fluid experience for its inhabitants.
The fundamental design criterion was to orient the daytime area toward the spectacular views of Benidorm’s skyline and the sea, creating a direct relationship between the home and its privileged environment. The main spaces—living room, dining room, and kitchen—open through large glass surfaces, allowing light and landscape to become essential elements of the interior atmosphere.
The floor plan layout takes advantage of the plot’s elongated shape to distribute the rooms efficiently, generating intuitive pathways and a natural transition between private and common areas. The architecture is characterized by clean lines, visual continuity, and a strong connection with the exterior, enhancing a sense of spaciousness and serenity.
The result is a contemporary, accessible residence fully integrated into its surroundings, where the horizon and the Mediterranean become protagonists of everyday life.
