In one of Altea’s most emblematic residential areas, this project transforms a preexisting classical home into a contemporary residence fully adapted to the client’s needs and lifestyle. The main objective was to redefine the interior layout to achieve optimal, functional, and fluid organization, offering greater comfort and a more intuitive use of each space.
The interior design adopts a minimalist aesthetic with a Mediterranean soul, combining natural stone, wood, and toasted tones to create warm, luminous, and balanced environments. This fusion creates an elegant and serene atmosphere where every detail has been carefully selected to bring coherence and character.
Outside, a Mediterranean garden was designed to extend the interior experience, incorporating a “Bali-style” pool with colors reminiscent of turquoise, relaxing waters. The intervention is completed with a pergola for the barbecue area, conceived with the same aesthetic criteria and materials, creating a cohesive outdoor space that invites enjoyment all year round.
The result is a renovated home that maintains the essence of the classical while reinterpreting it with a contemporary Mediterranean language, achieving a perfect balance between tradition, functionality, and design.
