VILLA EV

This luxury residence stands out for the balanced combination of thin concrete slab lines, natural stone walls, and wooden elements, creating contemporary architecture with a strong Mediterranean identity. The composition is articulated through permeable spaces where interior and exterior intertwine naturally.

The living–dining room is conceived as a large, open, fluid space connected simultaneously to the front area—where the pool is located—and the rear area, which forms the entrance accompanied by a water feature that welcomes visitors. This double permeability gives the residence a constant relationship with light, landscape, and breeze.

The nighttime area is configured as a more introspective, protected stone volume upon which the slender roof defining the daytime spaces rests. In contrast to the openness of the rest of the home, this block offers greater privacy and serenity, opening onto a zen garden that creates an intimate, contemplative atmosphere.

The result is a sophisticated residence that combines structural delicacy, noble materials, and a fluid relationship with nature—creating a home where luxury is expressed through formal purity, balance, and calm.
